Exchange Policy

At CAA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original receipt.

• Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange. Items bought during sales or promotional offers are not exchangeable.

• Exchanges will only be made if the replacement item is available at our outlets at the time of request.

• Accessories (excluding belts) are non-exchangeable.

• All exchanges will be processed based on the current selling price of the item.

• If the replacement item costs more than the original, the price difference must be paid in cash at the time of exchange.

• The final decision regarding all exchange requests lies with the company and will be considered binding.
