Exchange Policy
At CAA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original receipt.

Only full-priced items are eligible for exchange. Items bought during sales or promotional offers are not exchangeable.

Exchanges will only be made if the replacement item is available at our outlets at the time of request.

Accessories (excluding belts) are non-exchangeable.

All exchanges will be processed based on the current selling price of the item.

If the replacement item costs more than the original, the price difference must be paid in cash at the time of exchange.

The final decision regarding all exchange requests lies with the company and will be considered binding.
